are flu-like symptoms passable?

Okay, I know this is gonna sound like a stupid question, but I need an answer for it. abou three weeks ago i met someone online. all we did was oral and some fingering (we're both guys). a few days later me and a friend go to the movies, we both get a drink and share it. 3 days later he asks me if i'm feeling sick, cause hes got a cold. i do too at that moment. the question is, if you're experincing the "flu-like" symptoms from HIV, can you pass them to someone else like a cold or are they exclusive to you?

Well, You can pass the common cold! Say an hiv positive person had the stomach flu - by chance you could catch it

i know that the common cold can be passed, i'm talking about the flulike symptoms that you get when you get exposed to HIV
