Oral thrush

How do I get a health professional to take serously, and test me for, oral thrush?
My doctor just laughed it off saying that it only happens when the immune system is really down. However, I have white stuff on my tongue which can't be removed and several other 'symptoms' of ARS.

I obviously cant see your tongue BUT i must add i had that paranoia and it took me down quick, it got to the point that my tongue started growing hair, it really was but i think stress is making your tounge white or medication. stress kills as well. Please reasses your thinking and try to smile
