is hairy leukoplakia easy to diagnose because i have some corrugation on the sides of my tongue but it is not white. Is this normal or should i be worried because i also had some swollen lymph nodes and my girlfriend has had 2 yeast infections recently. i'm getting scared someone let me know something please.

Hairy Leukoplakia is not easy to diagonsis, even for dentists. A lay person certainly can not do it. It is recommended that women with recurrent yeast infections or infections that are hard to clear up should test for HIV. However recurrent yeast infections DO NOT MEAN A PERSON IS INFECTED. Many times they are caused by having unprotected sex with a partner that has the yeast infection and thus keeps reinfecting the woman.
Sounds like you don't use protection. Also sounds like you didn't go and get tested together when you decided to stop using condoms.
