The things I read seem to say its low risk with a healthy mouth. I guess also commom sense would say its low risk in as much as there are billions of blow jobs each day in the world. I also notice in sex films they use protection for anal and vaginal sex but cum in the peoples mouth all the time. Hope that helps

It is a low risk...not no risk...but low. It is all about how much risk you are willing to accept. From what I have read, the shorter time the semen stays in your mouth the better.....the stomach acids kill the virus, so either spit or swallow...but to hold it in your mouth for any length of time is dangerous as it allow the virus the chance to enter the body.
