A lot of diseases have those symptoms. Hutchinson's and Parkinson's disease come to mind off the top of my head.

What you think your wife doesn't have stress? Trust me, she has a boatload.
Here she is pregnant....stressful enough.
Add to that a husband that she knows is keeping something from her. He's acting strange and she can't figure out why he's being such a nut case. Is it her? Is it the fact she's pregnant? Is it him? Is there someone else?
You may be correct that your wife doesn't know what is going on, but you are wrong if you think she hasn't already picked up sublte signals from you that something is out of whack. Did you really think that just because you haven't told your wife any of this, she just thinks life is going on for the both of you as it always has? You have put a boatload of stress on your wife.
Not only do you have a lot to learn about HIV. You must be clueless about women also.

i pray to God what you said is really really true.....she has a miscarriage and i think i caused it by infecting her! i really really don;t want to hurt her.....every night i see her trembling and shaking, i just feel like dying.....i love her sooooooo much.....im such an idiot.

You are negative!! Trust me honey! A test at 8 weeks is almost as good as gold!! How can you alow yourself to start getting stressed out again after the wonderful news of a negative result at 8 weeks?? Please dont do this. You dont have HIV. You and your wife are experiancing things that are normal during a time of post tramtic stress!!

your wife is a product of the environment she is in, if you are constantly freakin out, and allowing your irrational mind to create stress, it will not only affect you, but all around you...
go seek professional help via a counselor for the real issues at hand.

sure she can, even without you being vocal.....and sure you can, affect her behavior with yours. Whats on the inside of you, shines through to the outside,regardless of what it is, and whether YOU personally think so or not....
