Does anyone know if a positive tests for antibodies against anti fosfolipidos can have anything to do with HIV?

it might help if you were to translate before posting:.........................
Phospholipids are a class of lipids formed from four components: fatty acids, a negatively-charged phosphate group, nitrogen containing alcohol and a backbone. Phospholipids with a glycerol backbone are known as glycerophospholipids or phosphoglycerides. There is only one type of phospholipid with a sphingosine backbone; sphingomyelin. Phospholipids are a major component of all biological membranes, along with glycolipids and cholesterol.
As for your question....I have no idea.

You had to look long and hard for that one didn't you. Lipids don't alter the test results. However, I'm no doctor, so check with yours. I'm sure you will be told no and that you should accept your negative test result.

Every single disease out there can attack people that are HIV negative. Just get a test and quit trying to figure you status out by other test results. Won't work.
