Well, I need some help on this one,
Can blood in stool be a sign of HIV infection (early infection) ?

no it can be a sign of gonorrea or of straining to defecate.

Blood in the stool should be evaluated by a doctor. It is not a typical sign of acute HIV infection.

No, sounds like hemorrhoids.

I'm hoping that you will understand that this symptom does not exist. I'm posting these in an effort to get you to understand that not every little thing that crosses you mind is a symptom. Such as Blood in Stools.
It can be serious, however. Only A DOCTOR CAN TELL YOU WHY YOU HAVE BLOOD IN YOUR STOOLS. GO SEE ONE. and stop looking for symptoms.
