I have read the post "window 1991", if a auto immune disease exists, than the Elisa test could not work at 3 months, is it correct????

No, 13 weeks is conclusive for a HIV test.

This could be the case, however people with auto immune diseases know it. It's not like having the sniffles. If you have to ask, then it doesn't apply to you. Move along.

No, more like lupus. Arthritis would not delay seroconversion. Over 99% of those infected will test positive by 13 weeks, in fact most will be positive by 8 weeks.
