I don't know if anyone recalls my incident. If not, here is a summary. I had a protected encounter with a sex worker. The sex worker was pretty expensive, from a famous place in dubai. The prost does not accept to have anal whatsoever (did not ask to do it, she stressed on this upon agreement(sounds funny I know) ), no oral sex without a condom as well.
During vaginal contact, The condom broke after 5-6 seconds, didnt have time to get bodily fluids, afterwards (changed condom), during the encounter, she scratched me and I bled ( you must think by now, "waw! that must have been crazy", beleive me when I say I dont regret anything more that this incident (my 2nd time with a prost, hence.. "Neveragain", N.B. No offense to all prostitutes outthere.
I got tested for HIV, an Elisa test after 2 weeks of encounter it was negative (thats a bit early I know). Now is almost the 4th week, I have a mild sore throat, no other symptom so far what so ever, I can't chase away the thought that this might be signs of seroconversion.
The mind can be a terrible foe to one's body, I know, I studied psycology along other things. I have been roaming the net as well educating myself about HIV detection/prevention, and everything else. I am writing this message, cause I need someone to tell me "My dear, stop chasing this paranoia, and your sore throat could be anything else", cause deep down I know that the sore throat is so f!@#$% normal to have, I think of this when I write this message, as if at first, I am assuring myself that nothing is wrong (like when one writes his/her own diaries, try that, you will find that it will work), or when one (in a relationship) needs to hear the phrase "I love you" from time to time, although that this person knows it deep down.. all that to assure oneself, and last, so that other people when reading this, would definitely know, that they are not alone fighting the stress such an "exposure" or any other kind of exposure causes.

Hi NA, I have totally been in your shoes with the same fear. I had 2 unprotected sexual encounters, with men that I know well..I am fe. I was scared out of my skin to say the least. One..for being so stupid and Two..for being so f****** STUPID to put myself at risk. I thought ever little twitch was related to HIV symptoms. I, to this day...6 months out am negative. I am very lucky and much more educated. Hang in there, it sounds like you are going to be just find, you are just freaking out, and that is common too. Let us know how you come out... Love, SF
