had ars after 3 weeks exposure now i am having terrible pain in hand feels like arthritis fingers lock up. then I will get a pain in my knee then in my leg then in my toes but my hands I can' t use them sometimes because of the pain is so bad lots of headaches blood pressure low liver and spleen pain sometimes feels like i have bone cancer such a deep ache

Maybe it is Cancer. Have you thought to go see your doctor?

sounds to me like u NEED to see a doctor. We here CANNOT diagnose repeat CANNOT DIAGNOSE you over the internet... Please see your doctor....

If you had unprotected vaginal/anal sex or shared injection drugs, then get a test at 3 months for a conslusive result. If you didn't do any of these things, then you don't need a test.
If these symptoms came on after your exposure, I highly doubt it's because of cancer. More likely the result of stress, anxiety and tension.

Many people who ultimately turn out to be negative had all the ARS symptoms in the book. It's impossible to diagnose any disease, including HIV, based on symptoms alone. The only way you'll know for sure is to test at 13 weeks for a conclusive result.
