Does the viral load go up after exposure or during ARS ? And then does it go back down after 6 months?

Viral load increases dramatically when the virus first enters the body and then when antibodies start to be produced the viral load goes down. During ARS, the viral load should be high but even in the months and years after ARS, the virus would almost always be detectable with a viral load test.
