I have heard that "neurological symptoms" can manifest during ARS. Are these symptoms just limited to neuropathy or can others present themselves? Also is it possible for symptoms to appear ~ 6 weeks after infection and continue for lengthened periods of time? I.e. can neurological symtpoms present themselves during the asymptomatic period and last for a long time?

I have read before that neuropathy can be a symptom of early infection, however, it's not very common. It is more common in advanced HIV infection and AIDS patients. It can also be caused by the medications used to control HIV. THe only way to tell for sure if you've been infected is get tested at the appropriate time i.e. 13 weeks after the potential exposure.

It's not common to experience ARS 6 weeks after exposure. Generally ARS occurrs within 2-4 weeks after infection. They are not specific and usually go away after a week or two.
It's important to keep in mind that these symptoms are almost identical to other illnesses, so you cannot diagnose infection based on symptoms.

Please expalin your neuropathy question?? What are you experiencing?? As my good buddies above stated, this kind of reaction usually manifests itself in HIV/AIDS cases after prolonged HIV therapies not pre-meds.. If you have an exposure, that would also help in better answering your q's.
Best
