Yesterday a friend of mine, a lady friend performed oral on me. I was not wearing a condom. I did not cum and didn't see any blood on my penis. Could I be at risk?
She says Im paranoid about HIV and other STDs and that she is clean.

There's really no risk associated with getting a blow job.

hi there
you may or may not be at risk...others are commenting on that. i will just request not to refer people living with hiv or other stds as not being 'clean'. i hope you dont mind.
they are as clean, i would think, as any of the rest of us. just use some protection in the future, whether people are clean or not.

HIV is not spread from getting oral sex. Giving oral sex to a male can pose a small risk, if ejaculation occurs then the risk increases. HIV is almost always spread by sexual intercourse, vaginal and especially anal or sharing needles.
