Sign of infection? please anyone

I (male) had unprotected vaginal and oral sex some weeks ago, exactly at the 4 week mark (one episode), I woke up during
the night very sweaty (I had to change my sleeping clothes only not my bed), however, I haven't had any other symptoms (no fever, no swollen lymph node, no soar throat, etc.), could this be a sign of acute hiv infection? I'm waiting a couple more weeks to get tested.

When we as HIV infected people talk about night sweats it usually means "drenched all the way down to the matress". Would not go the HIV scenario just yet....
