If I understand your message correctly, the "lady" put her finger in your "but hole" while giving you a handjob. There's no risk in that activity. The skin is an excellent barrier to HIV, and unless she had an open, bleeding wound (which I'm certain you would have noticed) you have nothing to worry about.
