Many people who are not HIV infected get pancreatitis. If youfear you have been exposed to HIV then your best bet is to get tested.

I agree with Fran. Pancreatitis is an entirely separate condition, one that occurs in people both with and without HIV.

so if one tests past 5 months negative via elisa then its safe to say that if abdomen pain is diagnosed as pancreatitis, its hot because of hiv

If you're testing negative at 5 months, I think it's safe to say you're HIV-negative.
