If U R visiting this forum on a regular basis and U have had protected sex with a prostitute (female or male), vaginal or anal, please please please be confident that CONDOMS do work. Do U think that the concept of magnetic couples would exist? I mean, I understand your fears and I have been there, but do u think the medical professionals would have even come up with this concept if they didnt think that condoms do actually work? Just wanted to put my two cents in.
What you should worry about is, learn how to properly use a male and/or female condom. Of course make sure that the condoms are NOT LAMB SKIN. ONLY USE LATEX OR PORYULETHANE (incorrect spelling).

Another thing to add, not to kill your thunder is not only prostitutes have and can give hiv. HIV knows no boundaries. If you practice safe sex regardles of the population U R with, whether its high risk, low risk etc, then you can virtually eliminate hiv and any other std's. It's that simple. like the post above said. Learn how to properly used the condom and ensure the type of condom it is and u should be fine. There are my two euro!!

Totally agreed, as a matter of fact some studies have shown that if prostitutes have proper education on condom use and make sure their customer will use a condom before engaging in the service, then virtually no transmissions have taken place. Also u can reference the study of serodescordant couples that I am sure if u r reading on this forum, U have read it and know the results....... All couples using condoms 100% of the time..... No transmissions..... Couples using condoms some of the time.... some transmissions occured. CONCLUSION USED CONDOMS!!!! (I might apply to Trojan and see if they have some jobs) LOL!!

correct...hiv can infect anyone! do u think that condoms will definitely prevent hiv?if yes...then how come it states that it is 99% safe? how come not 100%? the only way of 100%....do not cheat. do not have sex with people with unknown status. for me taht is 100%. from what i have faced.....even if ever condom is 100% safe...i would never cheat again. once bitten...twice shy!
