Tested negative at 9½ weeks.

I recently tested HIV negative at 9½ weeks. I also had a DNA PCR done at 6 weeks which was negative also. What are my chances of being negative at 3 months?

HIV is an extremely difficult virus to transmit. Your 9-10 week negative test is extremely encouraging. However the CDC recommends a 13 week test to be conclusive.

I do expect your 13 week test to confirm your 9 week negative test.

Honestly .NONE.
Even you should still get tested at 13 weeks mark, you are negative. All doctors will tell you that unofficially , but no one will take the risk to officially contradict the CDC.
you aer negative
