Umm worried over last night

Hello guys. I gotta question. Last night I went to a death metal concert where I was moshin quite a bit. Well I accidentally busted a guy's nose while doin it. I saw no blood on my hands, but a minute or so later he touched my shoulder. I had a shirt on so blood didn't get on my body. Throughout the night I was using my shirt sleeve to wipe off sweat. Is there a chance that his blood could have gotten in my eyes and infected me if he was HIV positive?

I highly doubt that. This doesn't seem like an HIV exposure to me. If possible, how about trying to stay away from mosh pits? Next time, the person with the bloody nose might be you. Be careful out there!

I thought they stopped doing mosh pits in 1986 or something.
