my chances of getting HIV...

ok, heres the situation: back in october I met a guy online for sex. He came over to my house, supplied me with some condoms cause I didn't have any and had me top him. I used the condom and had sex with him but didn't ejaculate in the condom. A few weeks ago I started worrying "what if this guy had HIV" cause I was losing a bit of weight. I later attributed that to my job (I work for the post office) and stopped worrying till I saw the guy online last night.
He obviously didn't remember me so when I asked him if he was clean he said no.When I told him who I was he stopped talking to me. The reason I'm worried is because for some reason I'm worried the condom may have broke.
I plan to get tested ASAP but in the meantime can someone please tell me the odds of a top getting HIV from a positive bottom through a broken condom? Any help would be appreciated.

The risk to you as a top is far less than if you were a bottom.
If the whole of the incident was unprotected the risk is about 0.3% or 3 in a thousand.
Since the condom protected you for most of the time at least, your odds should be much, much better than that.
Your test now should be conclusive.

If you engaged in "protected sex" and assuming the condom did not fail, you pose no risk whatsoever, irrespective of his status.
However, if you feel worried you may want to test, but just for your mental peace.

Probably yes and to couple with the noise, you can see a huge hole in the front. To put in easy words, condom breakage/slippage is NOT a subtle occurance, it is that obvious that it cannot go unnoticed.
If you did notice anything, the chances are the condom survived and did its job!
