FINGER with DEEP CUT, PLEASE HELP PEOPLE< - TheBody.com's Bulletin Boards

HELLO PEOPLE,

I have been STRESSING out BIGTIME over the last month over a possible exposure in January (3rd to be exact).

I cut my finger with glass the night before this incident and it resulted in a very deep cut. The cut stopped bleeding the same day and I put a band-aid on it. The next day I took the bandaid off as it was being a bother. The same night, I met this girl in a bar, and at the end of the night, she wanted a ride home. During the ride home she put my hand down her pants and I started feeling her vagina. My middle finger (not the one with the cut) started feeling some fluids (Didn't finger her, just played near there though), I took my hand out and told her I just wasn't ready to do this as I was just coming out of a relationship. She kissed my neck with some suction and that was that. Then she told me how she has done sooo many guys, 3-ways, etc., and she worked as a stripper, has assualt charges, etc. etc, that literally scared the hell out of me.

The next day or 2 I started scratching my neck and saw a hickey kind of mark -I thought nothing of it. It kind of irratated and got a little red but I thought it was just a hickey (it's right at my next fold). It's been like 3 months now and the mark is still there (fading a little I think but still visible). I was thinking what if it was KS or something but I know it could be my anxiety talking. The only other rational assumption I can come up with is that it is Hyperpigmentation after I scratched there (I think the term was something prurigo or something like that).

The MAIN reason why I am concerned is because I am thinking that some of that fluid from my finger could have indirectly went into the cut (the cut was healing but I don't believe a scab was formed, just very pink skin and cut binded together) by either touching that finger or by that finger touching my thumb and then that other cut finger touching the thumb. And it could have been menstruating, not sure of this as I rubbed what ever fluid that was on my middle finger with my thumb.

I didn't get no flu syndrome BUT I am having these big bouts of DRY mouth for the last 3 months that I really CANNOT contribute to anxiety as I wasn't thinking about this as an exposure until just this month when my girlfriend (we got back together) had a severe case of the stomach flu which landed her in the hospital as she fainted (possibly dehydration/not eating/stressed). They are still trying to determine whether it wasn't a minor seizure or not (she never had them before). Our only risks have been oral sex between eachother since the exposure.

Also, I have been having this weird symptoms lately (on going post nasal drip, 'lost and confused' feeling. I had a bad cold like 6-7 weeks after this exposure but so did other people in the house (very runny nose). My hair is falling out at an abnormal rate, I feel very malnutritioned even though I am trying to take vitamins, I have increased bowel movement (not diarreah though). I remember like 2-3 weeks after the event, I was extremely tired at nighttime and felt the NEED to sleep (I was also on Cipro during that time, not sure if it makes a difference).

I don't know if I should take a test or not and I am FREAKING out. NOT GOING TO WORK, NOT SLEEPING, PLEASE HELP. I have been through some hiv scares in the past which has always come negative (thank God) and I told myself I would never put myself in that position again...and now here I am :(

I feel so lost and confused. PLEASE, PLEASE RESPOND. I am very lonely and sad at this time.

Please guys, I am really lost at this moment in what I should do and if I was even at risk.
