I can tell you one thing with the goodness of my heart, if you really believe that you got HIV by that, you are a complete ignorant of this disease. not been rude, but educate yourself with a HIV counselour, and do not come to sites like this anymore.
I am really amazed that you even think you infected your family by drinking from your bottle of water. that itself tells you how little you know, or want to understand about the real risk behaviors that lead to get infected.
I will not say like others, but honestly before you brake this too way out of proportion, see a good theraphyst. they will help you deal with any issues you have that leads you to punish yourlsef with this idea.
you have tested negative already, that is completelly fiable.
please do yourself a favor, to your wife, to your family, visit a counselour, not to please anyone, just to find common sense and understand that you are not, and will not be positive by that way, and help you deal with the guilt of betraying your loved ones that had lead you to even feel worthless.
i hope you do.
take it from a friend, even more, take this from someone close to you. please stop.
