I tested neg at 21 and 64 days post exposure ( unprotected vaginal sex with pro for about 1 minute) I had a bunch of symptoms pharyngitis, diarrrhea for 2 days, articular pain muscular pain, etc. I'm wondering how reliable are these results with a second generation elisa?

The difference between 2 and 3 generation is no more than 3 -4 max 5 days. Your experience was of low, very low I would say, risk; Transmission women to men is more difficult. 1 minute contract is a very limited time. and finally, you do not know the stauts of the lady (just because she is prf , does not mean she has the VIH). 64 days , 9 weeks!! , is 99% final. I bet with you waht ever you want you are negative. Do not think on symptoms, do not read about them , becuase if you do you will have all of them ( my case)

hi
regards from india
Unprotected sex does place you at some risk, however the ODDS are in your favour of not having contracted the virus. Besides your negative results seem to add more weight to the theory that you were not exposed.
However you need to perform another test at 12 weeks.
Goodluck
