Chest congestion symptom?..6 days past exposure

Right now Im only 6 days past my exposure incident. Would symptoms even appear this early??

I feel like I am getting some chest congestion. Kinda that tight feeling. No fever whatsoever, no runny nose or sore throat?

Should I be concerned, or is 6 days too early for ARS symptoms in the first place?
