Can someone clarify what this term entails, i'm guessing it is different from feeling tired after a days activities? Also does ARS possible entail fatigue? and if so approx. how long would it take to wear off?

This is what is defined as "fatigue" in the Webster Medical Dictionary:
Main Entry: 1fa·tigue Pronunciation: f-tg Function: noun 1 : weariness or exhaustion from labor, exertion, or stress 2 : the temporary loss of power to respond induced in a sensory receptor or motor end organ by continued stimulation
In my opinion there is a difference between fatigue that we all experience in regular basis and unusual fatigue as in getting tired easier than before... Still.. please remember... symtoms don't equal hiv.. if that is your concern.. there are 1000's of reason to feel tired.. right? lack of sleep, stress, anxiaty, hard day at work.. etc... even a Hard Day's Night... say The Beatles.. Don't worry... be happy!
