I have heard of infectious arthritis occurring in HIV. Does this come out in ARS or during symptomatic HIV? I've had flu symptoms that after a low risk incident but the joint pains has not left and I still have it after 7 weeks. The joints are really stiff and painfull. I've tested at 7 weeks and negative. Maybe it's negative because serconversion is not done yet???

By low risk, what do you mean? If you're talking about receiving oral sex ..... I don't believe there are any documented cases.

I'm the guy with the fresh flesh wound with possible vaginal fluids coming into contact with it. I know you guys said it's nothing, but this joint pains are really bad

Are you talking about a deep cut and A LOT of fresh fluid entering your deep, bleeding wound from a VERY high risk person? You need to be honest with yourself and ask if that was the case. Even if it was the case (plenty of fresh HIV+ fluid entering your deep cut), I doubt you're infected. So, is that what happened? I suggest you see an HIV specialist .... everyone on here has their own opinion (and some will react with frustration to your case). If you see an HIV specialist (infectious disease specialist), he / she will tell you what's up - you will be examined physically, and most likely your mind will be put to ease. I know some will just tell you that you are definitely not infected (in which they will probably be correct), but I suggest to get proactive, and seek a professional. Good luck!
