Elisa Test Versions being used in DoD

Does anybody know what generation of Elisa test is being used in the Navy? Does the Navy only test for HIV-1? How about HIV-2? I tested negative recently, (well past the window period), but am concerned that the test may have been an older version test and may not have caught newer strains, (or non-clade B strains). Thanks for any feedback.
