I decided I would post the symptoms of stress instead of just a link.
Physical symptoms of Stress:
* sleep disturbances
* back, shoulder or neck pain
* tension or migraine headaches
* upset or acid stomach, cramps, heartburn, gas, irritable bowel syndrome
* constipation, diarrhea
* weight gain or loss, eating disorders
* hair loss
* muscle tension
* fatigue
* high blood pressure
* irregular heartbeat, palpitations
* asthma or shortness of breath
* chest pain
* sweaty palms or hands
* cold hands or feet
* skin problems (hives, eczema, psoriasis, tics, itching)
* periodontal disease, jaw pain
* reproductive problems
* immune system suppression: more colds, flu, infections
* growth inhibition
Emotional symptoms of Stress:
* nervousness, anxiety
* depression, moodiness
* “butterflies”
* irritability, frustration
* memory problems
* lack of concentration
* trouble thinking clearly
* feeling out of control
* substance abuse
* phobias
* overreactions
Relational symptoms of Stress:
* increased arguments
* isolation from social activities
* conflict with co-workers or employers
* frequent job changes
* road rage
* domestic or workplace violence
* overreactions

The number 1 REAL ARS symptom is a fever. AIDS Researchers say at least 50% and maybe as High as 90% people who are infected with HIV do have symptoms and #1 is a fever.

while that is a statistic I have read....a fever is a symptom of a million different illness. So, all you people out there with a fever, REMEMBER, you CAN NOT diagnose HIV by a fever or any other symptom. If you are at risk, test at 3 months. That is the ONLY way to know. A fever can signify a flu, cold, ear infection, respitory infection....the list goes on and on.

Also, stress causes immune system suppression. It says it up there but I figured I would point it out. When you immune system is being suppressed you are much for susceptible to colds and flu. So, if you stress out you suppress your Immune System, catch a cold that come with a fever. then you stress even more because you think you caught HIV. its a vicious cycle.
