The rash, do the red spots appear too look like cherry angioma spots?
also lymph pain, is it continuous or intermittent? I am wondering because I experience these quick pains lasting about 3-30 seconds in my neck/groin/armpits/ and my back.
i know the only way to know is to get tested but i still have 6 weeks to go and i am just trying to learn as much as possible.

(I am the orignal poster)
The spots are NOT perfectly round circles. they are very blotchy and unsymmetrical. They look like tiny blood vessels and remind me somewhat of a spider.

I am now back to square one scared to DEATH I have ARS. I have a rash that resembles tiny vein - looking marks....red.......vertical lines on my chest. The area is about 3 inches wide and wraps around the center of my chest like a band. Upon closer look the marks are red and blotchy.....but have that "veiney" look. I used a condom but now I am so scared all over again.

Just to finish - sorry guys - i am panicking.......do you mean the rash marks look like tiny spiders with veiny legs or does the rash look like long red veins? Is there a website with picture you can direct me to...please?
Thank you and god bless.

hi
regards from india
Diagnosis based on symptoms is improper, only a HIV test can give the answers you seek.
Acute retroviral syndrome--the acute flu/mono-like illness a person experiences approximately three weeks after infection.
The type of rash associated with ARS is usually described as maculopapular (lesions that are small, colored, flat, and raised), is painless, doesn't itch, and is located on the trunk of the body (sometimes the face as well).
Goodluck

God Bless you
Stay Well
Love Ravi
