Possible Exposure & Testing - TheBody.com's Bulletin Boards

Well the time is nearing my 3 month mark and I'm getting more and more scared. My potential exposure was on November 11. I interpret my 3 month mark as being tomorrow, Saturday 2/11, so instead of going today to be tested, I'm going Monday afternoon. Our Helath Department uses the OraQuick finger prick. Will this test be as sensitve and as accurate as the Elisa blood test at this date?

As most who feel they have been exposed to HIV, I am really stressing out and desperately looking for answers. Here's the complete version of my concern.....

On November 9, I had an encounter with a prostitute. Upfront let me be clear we didn't have intercourse or oral sex. I ended up standing over her while she was laying on the couch and I masturbated on her while she played with herself. I was concerned since she did appear to have a bad congestion and a cough and she was very thin. She also appeared to be on crack based on her speech, actions and even the taste of her skin. I was in my boxers and her in thin panties. Following are my exposure concerns the most severe is the last one.

1) She and I did lightly kiss a few times and a couple of times by accident I kissed her nose. Is there any risk of infection from nasal mucous especially if she had been snorting drugs?

2) I did suck her breasts.

3) We did grind with her on my lap and I noticed that my barn door was open briefly and my penis may have been exposed to her panties. Other then that my boxers and her panties isolated our genitals from direct contact.

4) Lastly of most concern, when I sat on the couch to tie my shoes after dressing I placed my hand into a gob of wet semen. I have a nervous habit of picking my fingers and noticed I did have fresh digs breaking the skin where I made contact with the semen. Based on how she was positioned on the couch I don't believe it was my semen. Instead it may have been from a previous customer or maybe it even came out of her from a previously unprotected encounter. My concerns and questions are based on the possibility of being infected from this wet semen; whether it was predeposited from earlier or directly out of her?

On December 9 - December 21, I have had the following symptoms:
1) sore throat (lasted for the first 2 or 3 days)
2) headache
3) nasal congestion and cough
4) low grade fever for 2 to 3 days starting around 12/11
5) achy under my arm pits, neck and groin.
6) mild night wets the last 4 nights except last night I awoke pretty soaked.

On 12/20, I saw my doctor and he said I had some type of upper respiratory infection and maybe a slight case of bronchitis put me on a 5 day antibiotic.

Over the last 2-3 weeks I've been having pain in my groin and lower abdomin especially in the crease where my leg meets my abdomin (both sides but left side more predominate).

If I awake overnight, I find myself feeling cold at the same time I'm warm.

If not HIV could I have caught an STD from this experience?
