Tested NEG but still WORRIED WELLsss..PLS HELP - TheBody.com's Bulletin Boards

I am a 29 years old guy and have been reading through all the threads even after my neg test result and still feel very very worried wells, can anyone give me come advise what am I going through...many many thanks in advance...
My case is as follows:

Sex incident 1)
About 18-19 mths ago, I had twice unprotected oral and virginal sex with a girl which I do not know the HIV and STD status. Interval of the 2 sex incidence is a few days. After the first incident there was nothing but 1-2 days after the second incident, I developed stinging feeling in my urethra and have a tender lymn node on my left grion,there is no pain during urinating. However, I can see some whitish/brown stain on the front of my underwear. I totally freaked out that I have been infected with some STD. I went to a local GP , the GP examine my penis and grion area and there was no unusual leisons or bumps etc(nothing unusual) except my tip of the penies where the urine comes out is slightly reddish ,during the visit, he have taken my blood for testing syphilis which came back NEG a few days after testing in the lab. Not sure of whether did he test for chy and gro. He gave me a jab on my butt and a course of antibiotics for about 2 weeks. During the period of my stinging urethra suffering, I am having slight fever and flu like symptom(slight tiring etc) ,also I notice that after bathing, sometimes I would get like a few small( about 1mm) bumps on my inner thigh and lower leg. Sometime on my upper and lower arms too. These 1mm bumps will be slightly itchy and if I scratch them, they would swell slightly to appear totally like a mosquito bite of about 10-15mm diameter. Usually after 1 hour, the itch and bump would subside and leave with sometimes a very faint 1mm red dot, which will heal itself in a couples of days. I try not to think of it and carry on with my life after it heals from the jab and course of antibiotics the GP gave me....

Sex incident 2)
About 5 months ago, I have 1 time protected virginal sex with a karaoke girl, during the incident there was frenching kissing and some touching of her virginal when i finger her follow by protected virginal sex. I cum inside the condom and after which I saw that the condom was well and not broken. Wash up and left....

Fast forward to mid of January 2006, I have been reading on the internet about STD and HIV and was very scared, having sleepless nights for about 10days, only 1-2 hours rest but not sleep per night. I develop on and off low fever, productive coughs and whitish tongue etc. have gotten more and more afraid that I have been infected with some serious STD like herpes or worst HIV. I could not eat much and have lost 1-2 kg since the sleepless nights. Gastric problems develop as well and I also notice that I have patch of redness on my tongue which is the size of about 20mm but is not painful or not burning when I eat. I was still checking the mirror every 30mints to see if it has recover.
During this agony, I have again developed the mosquito bite bump symptom. Sometime (on and off) there are 1mm bumps on my lower leg, forearm, chest near armpits, wrist, chest, stomach and thigh. the bumps are slightly itchy, but endurable itch. If I scratch any of the bumps, they would develop to totally like a mosquito bite (size about 10mm diameter). The itch, swell and slight redness will subside in about 1 hour's time and heal completely or sometimes leaving faint redness dots of about 2-5mm. Couple of days later, it will totally heal. At one time, there are about 3-4 of these 1mm itch bumps occurring. This have been coming on and off for about 2-3 weeks.

During about 20 January 2006 I have pluck out my courage to do a full body check up with HIV test. All results including VDRL RPR Syphilis and HIV Ab I and II tests came back NON RACTIVE!! I was relieve for a while and since I have been still slightly white tongue and the red 20mm spot is still on my tongue, I have been starting to read what they are on the internet. Additionally until today, I have still been experience on and off the mosquito bite itch like 1 or 2 bumps here and there...

This persist symptom leave me with a worried well mind that I could not have peace properly. Still living like a zombie everyday. PLEASE ANYONE kindly advice whether are these symptoms of ARS or Seroconversion or AIDS or HERPES?
I am really scared, worried and totally stressed up..
