I don't possess the knowledge you are looking for, however, I will pray for you and your wife and your precious unborn child.

I'm not in the position to advice on drugs but after reading lots in this site i believe the most common available regimen in your location is Triomune 40. I was moved with your post and tried searching some data regarding your situation. Check the link below and talk to your ID specialist about it.

I will be pray for you and your family.
God Bless.

Please do be aware that there have been many people on many of the HIV websites scammed. Many of the scams have been the same as this where they then come back with how expensive the drugs are and how they need money for them.
I am not trying to sound like a cynic but riddle me this, they have a computer and internet access? The people in Kenya are not as poor as one would think, I have personally been there and worked with the HIV+ population, they do have good medical if they choose to use it because some major pharmaceutical companies have dumped millions in there to help.
If you have ever sold high end anything on the web you get many wire transfer scams and fraudulent money order scams coming from there, the people are very smart and know how to play people, just like anywhere else.

gmanbill, I dont know what part of Kenya you worked in, but I too worked with HIV + people in various parts of Africa, and I must say that hospitals/medications are of an appauling standard. So please dont spout about something you clearly know nothing about. Wheather of not the original poster is legitimate is another question, but to say that there are adequate treatment programs in Africa is hilarious. Just be glad, like me, that you do not experience a bad health service.
