Sucking nipples

I've seen similar questions to mine but in my case there's something else. I also licked the breasts and sucked the nipples of a female stripper and came down with ARS-like symptoms.
Before that and also now I have a white coating on the back of my toungue.
Does that increase the risk of transmission?
Another question: The CDC hotline people told me that although breastmilk has the HIV virus women only have breastmilk if they are actively lactating. That girl's breasts were not at least a little bit swollen so that is leading me to conclude she wasn't actively lactating. Am I right in assuming breasts swell during pregnancy and while a woman breastfeeds her baby?
Please help me since this is driving me crazy and since I have just moved in to a different place I don't have anybody to talk to.

BOY , LARRY I BET ALMOST EVERYONE ON HERE WOULD SWITCH PLACES WITH YOU IN A SECOND ...... CONGRATS ON BEING NEGATIVE! HOWEVER, IF YOU WERE BLEEDING AWFULLY (LIKE YOU JUST LOST A TOOTH) AND SHE WAS LACTATING ALL OVER THE PLACE, AND YOU SWISHED (OR GARGLED) A HUGE LOAD FULL OF A HIGHLY INFECTED MILK IN YOUR MOUTH .... YOU MAY WANT TO GET TESTED.

Thanks Anonymous for being so candid and straightforward in your reply. That makes me feel better. Still, the symptoms I have worry me since I fear the worst. Now, just over 2 months after the incident I have stomach discomfort and excessive hand warmth. Hopefully that will be stress related only. I will summon the little courage I have and try to get tested in early May.

Thanks a lot. A feel better now but still, as I write these words I have some stomach discomfort (which by the way and to my surprise doesn't keep me from eating regularly), slight groin pain, mouth and throat dryness, and tiredness. As you say, if I convince myself I'm HIV- maybe my mind will stop playing tricks on me.
Thanx again, any words of support mean a lot to me.
Hopefully I'll hear from many of you guys and girls.
