Gay guy of 23 here just had my first sexual encounter. Problem is I am now freaking out about it.
I met a guy of unknown status on internet and went round his house. We engaged in mutual masterbation, he performed oral sex on me and I performed oral sex on his testicles. As well as this he also fingered me and ejaculated on my face, with a possible amount of semen going in my mouth which I then spat out.
Could I have put myself at any risk?

I would consider that a low risk becuase of the semen in your mouth. First he would have to have HIV for you to get it. Second, your chances of getting infected that way are extremely LOW. Go get your negative and be safe next time.

From my understanding...VERY LOW RISK. But next time...why risk it..put a jacket on...to avoid the cold. If you worried...get your negative result and enjoy with your new knowledge. It will be OK! :o)

Based on what you say, your chances of getting HIV are roughly the same as being hit by a meteorite.
If this concerns you in future, then use condoms for oral sex. But, honestly, all the reliable studies on this sort of risk rank it as so close to nil as I really would not suggest testing other than for you to get over this mentally and move on.
