Medication affecting HIV test

Where can I find out information about medication affecting results of HIV test? I was on antifungal when I took my test & worried about false negative.

You could try asking at the 'Insight from Experts' area or check and see if that question has been asked. I think there are very few if any medications that affect the detection of antibodies.
