I should have my results tommorow, I know they are positive. I think I have molluscum all over my genitals. This is without a doubt the worst night of my life, I have to try and sleep while awaiting the results that will shape the rest of my life, I have never been so depressed in my entire life, no window period, no waiting, just the knowledge that my life is ruined due to losing my virginity to a stupid whore! I know that everyone will jump on me about this post but wait when I come back with my positive results before you lower the boom. This board has not been very supportive of late so I quit coming here for the last few days. After tommorow I will see the people on I just tested Positive board. It is over!!!!

Molluscum Contagiosum
A viral infection of the skin that can result in small, flesh-colored papules on the forehead, beard area and upper trunk. It is common in young children and people with HIV infection. The condition is not life-threatening and treatment is primarily cosmetic.
Good try Triple, but you seem to have it in the wrong area.

Not only is it found on the genitals it is found there most commonly in adults, especially HIV patients through sexual contact.

OK assuming that is correct, it would show up sooner than 2 1/2 YEARS. The only way you could have gotton it is from your girl friend who would have had to have gotton it from somebody. I thought you said you were her only one.

It may have shown up earlier than this but I did not notice it and was gliding through an extremely happy life. Now I can't even get out of bed in the morning. Yes I am her only one and now I may have ruined her life as well.

I may have them today. I got my tests done through Quest Diagnostics on last Wednesday and they said 3 to 5 business days. I think that this is the 4th day and they think this is the 3rd day. So I really don't know the only thing I do know is that there is a better than avg chance I am positive!

Hey Tripple......I come to this board every so often. I use to come here everyday............but like everybody else.......eventually we get fed up with all the bad vibes that plague this board. Anyway..........last year in May.....I developed Molluscum Contagiosum all over my genetals and my belly area as well. Like you I looked this up on the internet and BOOM....I saw that it was linked to HIV. So of course I freaked out for about 6 months and finally got tested...................NEGATIVE! You'll be fine.........send me a private message if you'd like.

You can also catch Molluscum by shaking somebody's hand who is infected with the Molluscum virus. Of course you'd have to then touch your private area.........which most guys do when we go to the bathroom :)
