I have been pos for more than 23 years and now the mds think my dementia is getting worse . I am sure the viris got into my brain when I had no T cells . Now I work full time but are there any one else like me with this new problem . I Have 800 h T cells now and test undetetable .

i do, and understand what your dealing with, my Tcell count was only 15 when i was diagnosed. and yes my brain functions sometimes suffer. for myself it comes and goes, i get confused alot, usually in the middle of something routine*. My short term memory is crap, and often i get dizzy spells. My specialists says its the disease in my brain. I spent 3 mos. confined to a bed this last year, so im willing to tolerate the dementia....good luck & god bless
