oral sex, hepes. thrush?

I am terrified. I know my risk is low, but I have been extremely anxious over this anyway. I have been having panic attacks frequently.
Just over 4 weeks ago, I gave oral sex to a guy that I've known since i was a teenager. He did not ejaculate, but I am worried about him causing tears in my throat, as he became very rough (grabbing my head and pushing) I gagged because of this several times and had to stop.
This was my only exposure, and I have read that it is fairly low risk, but as I said, I am terrified. I recently heard a rumor that he participates in risky sex (bisexual, unprotected)
Two weeks after this happened I got two herpes in my mouth (I have had the disease since i was a child, and have several outbreaks a year) They left, and two more came. I began to look at symptoms on the internet (MISTAKE) and my worry became unbearable. Perhaps the stress off it all caused the outbreak?
I've had some diarreah, though I have recently added dairy into my diet- and have been overeating due to stress. I also have a small rash on my leg, smaller than a dime, which looks like excema... or so I was told when I used to get these rashes after drinking (which, by the way I was drunk when this happened) I have a had a sore throat- but also a lot of mucus, especially upon waking.
I can match the symptoms to ARS, but i can also match them with other causes.
The real kicker though, last night I developed a white coating on my tounge. I had the worst panic attack I've even had.
I went to the ER, to see if it was thrush, and poured my heart out the the doc.
The nurses said it looked like thrush, as he said at first, but upon inspection he decided it wasn't He diagnosed me with pharingitis (sp?) and said it was basically dried spit on my tongue.
I am very scared. I don't know why I would be having so many symptoms if they werent related. I am scard that the white coating won't go away, and it wil llater me diagnosed with thrush. I keep crying. I have a son who needs me. I thought I was being safe my participating in oral, especially without cum. Now I feel like I've put myself in a risky position and can't stop obsessing. Any advice, especially on the thrush thing?

Stress places a real strain on the physical body. My family members will have herpes breakouts during stressful times or the sores will pop up during another illness, most especially with any kind of stomach bug.
I was a nurse at a hospital in the third largest drug abusing community in the United States. I know thrush and it's definetely not just a "coating". It is thick, white spots. Sometimes, in very severe cases the spots will converge and look like its over the tongue. I've seen several infants with thrush. It's common in newborns too. It is growthlike. Picture those old microbiology experiments in the petrie dish. When fungus or bacteria grows it's in spots and raised. That's what thrush looks like. Sometimes interns in hospitals aren't used to seeing things and can't diagnose so readily. If you try to scrape a thrush spot off, it will most likely cause bleeding.
I'm on week 4 post risky sex. Waiting until at least week 8 to get tested, if I can hold out that long. See my post "Back in the dating game " for my story. Guilt and regret are terrible things to carry. I am praying for a fresh start for both of us.
