Thrush?

I am wondering if what I am experiencing is thrush. I looked up pictures and it seems like it might be the case. I know you can not go by symtoms, but I would like to know. I have been experiencing pain in the crevice between my bottom gums and cheek. I looked at it and noticed some white stuff, some of it came off, some didn't. I'm not sure if it bled or not becaue the area is red/pink so it's hard to tell. It hurts though. Then I saw a small lump of white stuff on the inside of my cheek and it came right off, no blood underneath. Does this sound like thrush?

Unfortunately one cannot diagnose symptoms over the internet, you may want to get your symptoms evaluated from your health care provider...he would be the right person!

Did you get your HIV test done yet? I think you were the guy who didnt manage to get enough blood for the Home Access test. If you haven't done the test yet and that's why you are worrying about thrush symptoms (which is what I am guessing) I suggest you go get tested at a clinic. In 20 minutes they will be able to tell you if you are HIV negative. Better to know than keep worrying - I know I have been there. Chances are very good that you are negative anyways and just think how great it will be to stop worrying and get on with the rest of your life. Good luck. Please get tested.
