I had a possible exposure 7 weeks ago. I have the option for a rapid test (I think they prick your finger and take a small sample) which takes 20 minutes. Will this be as accurate as an ELSA test at 7 weeks ?

yes and at 7 weeks a negative result would be extremely encouraging
the vast majority of people who get infected will come out positive after 6 weeks, so a 7 week negative test would be extremely encouraging.
good luck in your test, God is with you.
