Worried about ARS experience

Hi everyone. I have been worried about this for a while so I thought I would ask your thoughts. My last test was in October and negative. On December 26th I made a really big mistake. I met up with a gay couple and had sex. It was oral sex without ejaculation. Anyway, I shouldn't have done it but I was depressed over my relationship which wasn't going well. In about two weeks, both me and my boyfriend had what seemed like the flu for four or five days. We both had night sweats, fevers of 102, and coughed up a lot of flem and had a lot of drainage, especially at the last part of being sick. Even though we are not together anymore,I am worried I gave him something. I called the two guys I met and they said they had been tested the previous March and were okay. They said they hadn't met up with anyone since then except for me. I am still freaking out. Since my ex boyfriend and I had unprotected sex, I am scared I gave him something. Do you think it is possible we would have both experienced ARS at the same time like that? We didn't have swollen glands or anything and I read that is most common with this syndrome. I am just wondering your thoughts. I am going to go get tested this week. Thanks for listening.
