I had a exposure over 3 months ago limited unprotected insertive vaginal sex with someone of unknown status. I have had many symptoms at the right times. I still am having gastro problems, tingling in hands and feet mosty feet sometimes with slight pain, and for the past month to 1 and1/2 have had a bad taste in my mouth with patches of white sores in the corners of my upper lip. I dont have any cracking of my lips as of yet although sometimes feels like its dry in corners.The sores themselves do not hurt nor will they scrape off. They aren't going away either.I have a coated tongue but no cottage cheese patches on either tongue or cheeks. I have tested at 6,8 10,12,13 weeks all negative. I have used both Home access and have gone to local clinic using both oraquick swab and ora sure swab all have come back negative. With my test results, could this still be hiv related or could it be related to stress. I have looked on google and they say that eithier dentures which I dont have or immunosuppression are what cause this condition. Now I am scared once again. Should I keep testing? I am not chemo patient, IV drug user or organ transplant person. Thanks

You have tested conclusively negitive for HIV so it can not be that.

A test at 12 weeks is definitive, you have tested negative upto 13 weeks, you are negative..period!Further worries and testing pertaining to hiv is unwarrented.

I do not know what is causing the symptoms, however iam sure HIV is not the culprit, if you feel worried you may want to get the symptoms evaluated from your health care provider.
