Penile Thush - is thsi a sign ?

I have posted on this BB before (Fingering and touching Anus) and got some relief from the immense stress that I was going through. One of the main reasons is guilt. I am married and with children and have been faithful since we were married 11 years ago and then I made this stupid mistake.
Anyway, why I am posting again,(and I am sorry if this annoys people) is that I have developed what I think is Penile Thrush, three weeks after my exposure.
Is this a sign that I am seroconverting, or is it because I am stressed and worry all this time.
Please can someone advise a worried unwell.

Assuming your exposure was fingering and touching anus,(correct me if i am wrong) i do not see any reason to worry and testing is unwarrented. I do not know what is the cause behind your symptoms, however i can assure you that HIV is not the culprit.You may want to get them evaluated from your health care provider.

Ravi, you are correct - no other sexual contact and I have no other Symptoms. I have been to the doctor and got some cream.
Feel better now, but ther will always be that little niggle. I can hopefully hold on to get tested at week 12 for peace of mind
