when testing , do the tests go from negative to positive or is there a middle ground if you just so happen to test at that point ? if you were going to test positive ?

hi
regards from india
HIV antibody test results can be positive, negative, or indeterminate. A positive test result means that the antibodies have been found, which means that the person does have HIV. A negative test result means no antibodies were found, however an indeterminate test result means the test was not conclusive either way, and has to be repeated.
there could be various reasons for an indeterminate tests.
