Protected sex makes you very low risk for HIV. Condoms are highly protective for most other STDs as well.

Testing for STDs at 2 days is too early. A couple of weeks to a month would have been better.

Here is the information that I think you are looking for:

Gonorrhea/chlamydia: This is done nowadays with a urine sample and tests for the DNA, so after several weeks to a month this test is conclusive. If you are experiencing symptoms, it ouught to be conclusive right away.

Syphilis: RPR or VDRL. For detecting primary syphilis, I think the window period is on the order of 2 to 3 months if no symptoms are present. If symptoms are present and RPR is negative that would go a long away to say it;s not syphilis. I would recommend testing at 4 weeks and then at 12 weeks.

HSV-2 A condom wouldn't completely protect you since it only covers your penis. The HSV-2 antibody test would have a window period on the order of 2 to 3 months.

HPV There really isn't a good test for this. There's a DNA PCR test that's available in some research environments.

Trichomonas: No good test for this either. Men are usually asymptomatic and women get a foul smelling discharge.

HepA and HepB testing maybe warranted if you are not vaccinated and depending on what occured. 2 to 3 months for the window period.

Good luck.

Hi,
I am not a doctor and even if I was, I wouldn't be able to diagnose the problem for you over the internet.

I would suggest that you go to Planned Parenthood and have them look at it. They have a sliding scale for fees and I don't think they check IDs if anonymity is an issue. You can always get all the STD tests (except for HIV) at PP, and get tested for HIV someplace else like County Public Health Dept which normally provide anonymous HIV testing.

You used a condom so I suspect that you are probably ok. Please go see a medical service provider if symptoms persist.

Good luck
