ARS Rash

Would anyone know what the RASH would look like during ARS. Does it occur with a fever or without and could it be onthe face and/or neck only or would it be all of the body?
Also would it be make face hot and lips tingle or eyes feel puffy.

You can't diagnose HIV by symptoms. Go see a doctor and get a test; don't speculate. If you are infected, it's better to know and get treatment.
Based on what I have read, the rash can be all over the body, or localized to the chest. It tends not to itch and is described as macropapular(not raised). I saw a picture of it and I have to say that it looked like German measles sort of. Lots of dots. But don't diagnose by symptoms. Having symptoms doesn't mean you have it and not having symptoms doesn't mean that you don't

Previous poster is correct, however, I have to add that Tingling lips and puffy eyes sounds more like an allergic reaction to me.
