IF you have any "signs", they consist of a flu like illness. the may symptom would be a fever, a rash, fatigue and muscle aches, perhaps ulcers in the mouth. This generally occurs between 2 to 4 weeks after exposure. Again, NOT ALL people infected get these symptoms. The only way to know if you were infected is to be tested.
