More then minutes and less then hours as soon as its exposed to air its starts being less infectious and once its dryed its basically not infectious anymore it also depends on the type of fluid it is Fluids such as Blood and sperm have higher levels of hiv and there thicker in viscosity which would take it longer to dry so they will be infectious longer outside the body then vaginal fluid and breast milk

Its funny because I picked up from people that it can lost for around 20 minutes - ive started a course with an HIV charity and was told seconds - assumably things like viral load etc would have a say in how long it would lost on point of air contact
