I hope my throat problem is anxiety not HIV

I have been worrying sick about HIV, but I havent had any kind of sex, shared needles, or had a transfusion. My throat feels life the sides rub together when I swallow. If I drink milk or water it helps go away for a while. It is not the "lump in the throat feeling". Is it possible for anxiety to cause this. I am just so worried.

then why are you worried about HIV holy smokes relax about that. unless there is a risk situation you don't have the nerve to explain. you don't get hiv from kissing, toilet seats, hugging, shaking hands, it's blood and sexual secretions. no sex, no needles, no blood.....damn wanna trade risks?

If you've had no risk factors for HIV, you CAN'T have HIV. You probably just have a sore throat.
