worried about spot on tongue

i had an exposure about six weeks ago i havent had any symptoms until now i have developed a sore on my tongue i havent been eating or sleeping much for over a month i have severe ocd and this sore is really worrying me. i thought my exposure was very low risk but im very scared

What do you mean by "low risk". You may be needlessly worrying. As for the sore on your tongue...it is probably a canker sore that are very common...and believed to be triggered by stress. It wouldn't be your only problem if you were experiencing ARS. However, if you placed yourself at risk, get tested. worrying won't do anything...testing will. (And, most likely what it will do is relieve your anxiety)
